Deluxe (2 rooms)	Two rooms with attached bathrooms, bed for attendant, piped oxygen, suction facility, air condition, well furnished with LCD TV and intercom telephone.
Private (4 rooms)	Single accommodation with attached bathroom, bed for attendant, piped oxygen, suction facility, well furnished with LCD TV and intercom telephone.
Semi-Private (4 rooms)	Two Patient in a room, oxygen & suction facility, Wash Basin facility, bed for attendent and Chair for attendent.
General Ward	14 dormitory beds with common bathroom.
I.C.U	5 beds with bed side monitors and ventilators.
Recovery Room	3 beds with bed side monitors and ventilators.

Kindly take note of following:

• Kindly decide your choice of room before admission.
• Reservation does not confirm the bed of your choice. While all efforts will be made to give bed of your choice, this may not be always possible as it will depend on vacation/discharges and medical status of previous occupant.
• We constantly strive to provide you a bed / room as per your needs as quickly as possible. However, sometimes you may face some delay in obtaining an allotment for which we regret any inconvenience caused to you.
• The bed charges are calculated from 11.00 am to 11.00 am irrespective of the time of admission.
• We request one relative to be present in the room or ward during a surgery if any.
• If patient is required to be transferred to the ICU, the room/bed that patient was occupying prior to the transfer is to be vacated by the attendants.
• Help in keeping the number of visitors and the noise levels low.
• Please respect hospital and personal property.
• Sparing use of Mobile phones will be appreciated.
• Mobile phones are not permitted in restricted areas of the hospital viz, ICU, operation theatres.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco is not permitted in the hospital premises
• Our pharmacy provides all the medicines for inpatients.
  
  We do not permit medicines & consumables from outside.
• Photography is prohibited in hospital premises
• Use water and electricity carefully.

Kindly bring the following:

• The medicines you are currently consuming and all concerned Medical Reports and X-rays.
• A list of any known allergies and sensitivities.
• Please provide accurate and full information about your medical problems, past medical history / medication taken. Inform the doctor or nurse of any sudden changes in your condition. Follow the treatment plan recommended by the medical practitioner.
• Personal toiletries, slippers / footwear.
• Keep some cash for miscellaneous purposes in case of emergency. Please safeguard your valuables & mobile. The hospital will not be liable for any loss of money or valuables.



Discharge:



• Discharge of patient would be authorised as per doctor's opinion
• Discharges are processed round the clock in the hospital.
• Discharge time is 8 am and the final bill has to be cleared before 9 am. If your discharge order is received for final billing beyond 8 am you will be charged for that day.
• On receipt of request and discharge papers the billing department prepares the bill. On completion of the final bill the billing department informs the patient Room for final settlement.
• Relative has to approach the discharge counter for final settlement.
• At Anuchandra Hospital utmost care is taken for admitted patients and best efforts are put in by the staff to enable the patient to recover at the earliest under the expert care of the best staff available round the clock, so please do co-operate with the staff.
